Hello!

My name is Kyle Walker and this is my first year teaching for the Medical Lake School District. For the 2023-2024 school year, I will be split between Michael Anderson Elementary and Hallett Elementary, teaching K-5 Physical Education.

I have been in education for 10 years, teaching a variety of classes including K-12 Physical Education, Coaching Authorization, and CTE- Sports Medicine. I graduated from Iowa State University in 2012 with a bachelor's degree, double majoring in Physical Education and Athletic Training. In 2015, I went back to school to pursue my Master's of Arts- School in Administration, and graduated from Viterbo University in 2017.

My family includes my wife, and we have two wonderful children, and one dog. In our free time, we like to be outdoors with a variety of activities including spending time with friends and family, camping, hiking, fishing, hunting, and golfing.

Something interesting about me: I had an internship with the Indianapolis Colts in 2011 as an athletic training student, and while there I was able to meet Peyton Manning and hold the Super Bowl XLI trophy.

Overall, I am super excited to be at Michael Anderson Elementary and I am looking forward to a fresh and exciting school year. GO EAGLES!!!
