Dear Parents,

My name is Candace Robillard and I will be the case manager/ interventionist for grades 4 and 5.  I have been supporting students under special education and student services for 20 years.   I received both my undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Texas at El Paso.   We moved to the Spokane area 4 years ago and have enjoyed working and living in our new community.
