Welcome to 5th grade! I am Mr. Schmidt and I am so thrilled to be your teacher this year. I obtained my teaching degree from the University of Alaska Fairbanks with a degree in Elementary Education, certified Kindergarten - 8th Grade. Graduated high school in Nome Alaska. This is my 5th year of teaching. My wife and I live by downtown Spokane and we love being outside. I recently moved down from rural Alaska. I enjoy spending my free time, exercising, cooking, and fixing vehicles. I look forward to teaching you and to having an amazing year!
