PRINCIPAL'S PRIORITIES
As we embark on our journey together, we have several priorities that guide and focus our work of educating and preparing our students for the future.
- A relentless focus on student growth and achievement. A growth mindset is essential. Teachers, instructional coaches, paraprofessional and administration will collaborate to enhance and improve the effectiveness of learning and teaching. You can expect an uncompromising view that ALL students can learn and what is best for students is at the center of our decisions.
- A commitment to cultivating open communication. Through collaboration we will focus on using student data to drive our decisions. The partnership between home and school is essential for student success therefore two-way communication is vital.
- A dedication to nurturing a safe and positive learning environment. Together we will continue to create a positive, safe, predictable and enjoyable school environment for all students, staff, and families by having a shared vision and fostering our core values.
